Application:

Since many classes fill up quickly, early enrollment is encouraged. A student interview is required of all Junior High students A parent interview may be requested for other grades. Enrollment is considered complete when all application materials have been received, the application process concluded with acceptance, including applicable interviews with student and parents, and the registration fee has been paid. You will be notified in writing when your child is formally enrolled as a student at CCA.

- Kindergarten Packet
- 1st-8th grade Packet
- I-20 Student Application Packet
- Certificate of Immunization Form
